Returns and Exchanges

 Becca Shania does not offer refunds.

We do have an exchange policy in place.

Exchanges are only available for items that are unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. Requests for exchanges must be made within 14 days of the delivery confirmation. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked delivery service. Once we receive the returned item, exchanges will be processed and shipped free of charge. Items can only be exchanged for a different size, not a different colour or style. 

 

If you would like to exchange size, please contact us at info@beccashanias.com - please note this must be done within 14 days of delivery. Information to include, please see below:

1. Order number

2. Full Name

3. Reason for your return

4. Size of product you would like to exchange

Once all this information has been provided, we will then provide you with a returns address.

Please ensure that you get proof of postage and an insured safe delivery option. Becca Shania does not issue any warranty for items that have been unsuccessfully delivered back to us, this will be the customers responsibility.

After inspection of items that has been unworn, unmarked and detergent-scent free, we will confirm your exchange.

Becca Shania reserves the right to refuse refund exchange if your item does not fulfil our returns/exchange requirements.
