Refunds, Exchanges and Returns 

Thank you for choosing Becca Shania. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please email shanias.boutique1@gmail.com as soon as possible, quoting your order number. We will advise whether the order can be stopped before dispatch. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you may still have cancellation rights under UK consumer law.

Returns & Refunds: For eligible online orders, you generally have 14 days from receiving your item to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return it. Please email shanias.boutique1@gmail.com with your order number and name to receive return instructions. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop, but deductions may apply if handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary and reduces its value.

Return Postage: Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns, provided this requirement was made clear before purchase. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Refunds: Once your return has been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed to your original payment. Eligible cancellation refunds include the item price and standard delivery charge. If you selected express or another upgraded delivery service, the additional cost above standard delivery will generally not be refunded where the law does not require it.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for eligible items where a different size is required. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Email your order number, name and requested size. Items must meet our return condition requirements. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at shanias.boutique1@gmail.com with your order number and photographs where appropriate. We will resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights

We aim to respond to enquiries within 3–5 working days. Please contact us before sending any return so we can provide the correct instructions.
