Thank you for choosing Becca Shania! We want to ensure that you love your purchase, but please be aware that we have a specific policy regarding exchanges and returns.


We are pleased to offer exchanges only for items that do not fit as expected. Please note, we do not offer cash refunds, so if you're unsure about an item, please reach out with any questions before making a purchase.


Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your item (14 days for international customers). If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at shanias.boutique1@gmail.com with the following details:  


1. Your Order Number

2. Your Name

3. The Reason for Return/Exchange

4. The Size of the item you wish to exchange for


Once we receive this information, we'll provide you with a return address.  

 

 Please ensure you send your return with proof of postage and use an insured delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit. The customer assumes full responsibility if the item is not successfully returned.

The returned item must be unworn, unmarked, and detergent-scent-free, with all tags intact. After we inspect the returned item, we’ll process either your exchange or issue store credit.

Please be aware that Becca Shania reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if the item does not meet our requirements.

We do not offer refunds in the form of cash. Instead, we provide store credit or exchanges once the returned item is received and approved.

Store Credit:  
- Issued to the email used at checkout and valid for one year.  
- Cannot be combined with promotions.  
- If your store credit hasn’t been used and has expired, contact us, and we’ll be happy to extend it.

Important
- Orders placed with store credit are not eligible for return.  
- Store credit covers the value of the item, excluding shipping, customs, and taxes.  

For a full refund, please cancel your order before dispatch. Once delivered, our exchange policy applies.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 3-5 working days. We apologise if this policy may not be suitable for all customers, but we encourage you to review it carefully before making a purchase to avoid any confusion or disappointment.
